Join Lily Pad’s September Mahjong League — three evenings of tiles, laughter, and friendly competition! Whether you’re sharpening your skills or just love playing with friends, this league is for you. Over the month, you’ll improve your game, meet fellow players, and compete for prizes in our welcoming parlor. 

🍎Schedule

    • September 14th · League Night (6:30 - 8:30 PM) 
    • September 21st · League Night (6:30 - 8:30 PM) 
    • September 28th · Championship Night (6:30 - 8:30 PM) 
  • Beginner: Best 3 scores of the first 4 games each night count
  • Intermediate: Best 5 scores of the first 6 games each night count 

Substitutes are allowed (see policy below).

🍎Registration

  • Includes all 3 sessions
  • Eligible for weekly prizes & championship prize

🍎Skill Levels

  • Beginner: Mahjong 101 or equivalent required, slower pace of play, still learning NMJL card and rules (3-4 games per 2 hours)
  • Intermediate: Comfortable with NMJL card and rules, faster pace of play (5-6 games per 2 hours)

Tables will be assigned by skill level. Friend requests honored first week of play.

🍎Sub Policy

Can’t make a night? Send a substitute or let us help you find a sub and their score will count toward your total. Subs may still win weekly prizes. Your first sub is "free", meaning you will receive their full score, second time you need a sub will have a 25% reduction to their score, and 3rd+ will be 50% reduction to their score.

  • Beginner: Best 3 scores of the first 4 games each night count

  • League Champion Grand Prize: set of designer tiles
