We’re located right near the corner of Addison & Clark, just a few doors down from Wrigley Field in the heart of Lakeview. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots happening year-round—Cubs games, concerts, the Christkindlmarket, special events at Gallagher Way, and all kinds of neighborhood festivals and shows. Because of that, traffic and parking can shift a bit depending on what’s going on nearby.

Getting Here

We’re easily accessible via:

• CTA Red Line – Addison stop is a few blocks away.
• CTA Brown Line - Southport spot is a few bocks away.
• Bus Routes – Including the #22 Clark and #152 Addison.
• Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Etc) or On Foot – Great options especially during busy weekends.
• Divy Bikeshare - Located on Addison, just steps away from The Parlor. Make sure to wear a helmet!

Street Parking
Metered and unmetered street parking is available on nearby side streets. Be sure to read signs carefully, as many streets have:

• Residential permit restrictions
• Tow zones or no parking during game times
• Time limits or meters enforced until 10PM

• Game Days = High Traffic + Limited Parking
  Most games are weekday evenings or weekend afternoons. Expect congestion starting 90 minutes before the game and lasting 1–2 hours after.
• Wrigley Field Schedule
  The MLB regular season runs from April through early October, with 81 home games scheduled. Check the Cubs home schedule to plan ahead.
• Plan Accordingly
  On home game days, allow extra time and consider:
  • Taking the Red Line or a rideshare
  • Reserving parking early online
