Gale is a former chef and partner of Chicago’s Michelin two-star restaurant Tru, hosted Food Network’s \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSweet Dreams\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e for 10 years, and has authored eight cookbooks.
